After nearly 30 years, 2021 marks the return of Yanmar America’s classic YM3 tractor series, operating in the 42 to 59 horsepower range. This series features tractors for the next generation of traditionalists - those looking for the features, benefits, and 10-year warranty associated with the Yanmar brand, with a nod to their family tractor from years past.

The original YM3 series tractors were referred to as “the overachievers” – and with features like the 540 economy PTO, 2,500 lb lift capacity, and Yanmar’s proven performance link technology, that legacy continues with the YM347.

The YM347 is equipped with a 46-horsepower engine, delivering power for heavy-duty tasks, and a maximum traveling speed of up to 17.7 mph, making it ideal for both fieldwork and transport.

The Yanmar YM347 offers 46 HP in a compact tractor built for efficiency and multitasking on properties of 25 acres or more. Featuring a synchronized 8-forward/8-reverse transmission, independent PTO with 540/540E speeds, and a Category 1 & 2 3-point hitch, it handles loader work, backhoe operations, mowing, and material management with ease.

With 2,500 lbs of lift capacity at the pivot pin, 35.5 PTO horsepower, and a deluxe operator station with flat-floor design, the YM347 delivers dependable performance and comfort for demanding property projects.

The Synchronized Shuttle Shift allows you to quickly change between forward and reverse, providing effortless loader work. This makes it ideal for grading, material handling, and moving bales of hay. Combined with the Gear Drive transmission, the Yanmar diesel engine delivers high torque and more usable PTO power for even the toughest tasks.
